FuseSign tells OnboardMe as invitations are delivered and each person views and signs, so the Signing page shows where every pack is up to.

How it works

How OnboardMe works with FuseSign.

Step 1
Connect FuseSign
Sign in to FuseSign from Settings → Integrations. No API keys to copy.
Step 2
Build the pack
On the Signing page, add templates or a one-off PDF, place the fields and choose who signs, views or is copied in.
Step 3
Send with FuseSign
Choose FuseSign under Send with. FuseSign emails everyone from your account, all at once or one after another.
Step 4
Signed and filed
Once the bundle is finalised, the signed documents and audit are stored on the client file, and anyone copied in gets them from your business.

Setup

Getting connected

Connect by signing in to FuseSign from OnboardMe. Packs sent through FuseSign use your FuseSign account, not an OnboardMe request or SMS.

Signers, viewers who must confirm they’ve read the pack, and people copied in on the signed documents.
Everyone at once, or one after another, with FuseSign inviting each person when it’s their turn.
Choose how people open the pack: straight from the link, with a code by email, or with a code by SMS.
FuseSign can text each person their link as well as emailing it.
Remind whoever is still to sign, copy a person’s FuseSign link or cancel the pack from OnboardMe.
In Australia, ASIC Forms 362 and 484 go out with your registered agent details filled in.
