OnboardMe + Annature Signing

Already use Annature? Clients sign with Annature right inside your proposals and onboarding, without leaving the portal or opening another email. Packs from the Signing page go out through Annature too, and every signed copy and certificate comes straight back to the client file.

What syncs

What moves between OnboardMe and Annature Signing.

OnboardMe

Documents ⇄ both ways

Each pack goes to Annature as one envelope, with your details and the client’s printed and every field placed. The signed copy and Annature’s certificate come back to the client.

Signing status ← into OnboardMe

Annature tells OnboardMe as each person views and signs, so proposals, onboarding and the Signing page show where every pack is up to.

How it works

How OnboardMe works with Annature Signing.

  1. Step 1

    Connect Annature

Connect your Annature account in Settings → Integrations. It’s the same connection used for Annature ID checks.

  2. Step 2

    Add the documents

Add ASIC forms, templates or a one-off PDF to a proposal or onboarding, or build a pack on the Signing page.

  3. Step 3

    Client signs with Annature

In proposals and onboarding, Annature’s signing screen opens inside the portal step. From the Signing page, Annature emails everyone from your account.

  4. Step 4

    Signed and filed

Once the last person signs, each signed document and the certificate are stored on the client file, ready to download or upload to FYI.

Setup

Getting connected

Connect with your Annature API credentials. Documents signed through Annature use your Annature account.

  • In proposals and onboarding, clients sign in the portal step they’re already on. Annature sends them no separate email.
  • Signers, viewers who must confirm they’ve read the pack, and people copied in on the signed copy.
  • Everyone at once, or one after another, with Annature inviting the next person when it’s their turn.
  • Ask for a code by SMS before the pack opens for two-factor sign-in. If your business always asks for a code, every Annature pack uses it.
  • Annature can text each person their link as well as emailing it.
  • Resend, copy a person’s Annature link or cancel the pack from OnboardMe.
  • ASIC Forms 362 and 484 go out with your registered agent details filled in.
