What is a request?

A request is counted based on the type of document:

Proposals: 1 request per proposal (unlimited signatories)
Onboarding: 1 request per onboarding recipient
eForm 1 request per form
Ethical Letter:  1 request per letter
Standard AML screening : 1 request per check
Extensive AML screening: 2 requests per check
