How OnboardMe works with Microsoft 365.
Step 1
Sign in with Microsoft
Your team chooses Sign in with Microsoft on the login page.
Step 2
Enforce SSO (optional)
Add your own Entra app to require Microsoft sign-in for your business, with its own sign-in link.
Step 3
Send from your domain
Add an Azure app registration (tenant ID, client ID and secret) so client emails go out through your mailbox.
Setup
Getting connected
Set up under Settings → Business → Email & SSO Settings.
- Multi-factor authentication is handled by your Microsoft account.
- Enforcing SSO turns off username and password sign-in.
