How it works
How OnboardMe works with Apxium Collect.
Step 1
Connect Apxium
Send us your Apxium customer ID. Once it’s added, sync it in Settings. It must use the same Xero organisation.
Step 2
Collect
Clients pay invoices by card or bank, or use a saved method.
Step 3
Reconciled
Apxium marks the Xero invoice paid. Direct debits show as complete once Xero shows the invoice paid.

Getting connected
Ask our support team to add your Apxium customer ID, then sync it from Settings.
- Requires Xero Accounting connected to the same organisation.
- Your Apxium card, Amex and direct debit fees load into your surcharge pricing.
- Clients not yet in Xero are added as contacts when they save a payment method.
